Q: What is the pan made of?

TECHEF Frittata and omelette pan is made of premium quality Aluminum coated with TEFLON Select Color Collection.

Q: The small rubber piece for the non handle side, can you leave that on when your cooking, or will it melt or something?

No! It becomes very hot!!!! And you can not handle or flip.

Q: Does the pan come with a pot holder?

it comes with a small silicone pot holder that fits the side of the pan with small curved handdle it's quite handy for flipping that side over to complete your omelet

Work perfectly fine

Not sure why there were negative comments. This pan works perfectly fine. The gaps are there to let steam out and if you turn it before the top is firm, then I guess you don't belong in the kitchen.
