I mean for what it is it works great, bought it for the fire department mainly to use with I-Gels, NPA and OPAs. Doesn't work great with mpas but everything else so far pretty good the I Hel only wants to take a three or less. Great over all. Still don't know what it keeps telling me it's in Chinese or Mandarin or something IDK.

Good Mannequin for Emergency Training
We purchased this mannequin to use for our monthly office emergency drill. We are an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice and we train to run ACLS and PALS codes. We also use a dental simulator in our surgery training (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0C8B86YDN/). This intubation mannequin is very useful. It is an accurate representation of a relatively easy patient to mask and gives a reasonable example of an easy intubation. The staff definitely feel more comfortable now that we are using this mannequin. The staff like the audio feedback. It comes with an ice carrying case. A nasal trumpet (nasal airway) does not work on this mannequin. It is hard to advance the tube past the cords. We are going to try surgical, water-based lube and hope it doesn't damage the mannequin. The ET tube that comes with the mannequin is for training only and is NOT a real ET tube. It does seem more durable than a real ETT. Because the included ET tube is a little different, you cannot use a bougie with it. The mannequin would benefit from straps to hold it to our patient chair or to a patient table. Some reviews mentioned the mannequin feels light-weight, like it won't last. I disagree. It may not last forever but I think we will easily get our money's worth out of it.

a low budget simulation program may benefit from this intubation simulator
it’s not very expensive and is made of cheap-feeling material, but given the cost, this airway trainer is worth it. It comes with a great storage bag and has almost everything you need to start learning. The cheap-ness makes me think it will not last very long in a commercial environment. I believe students will be hard on this doll to point of breaking/bursting the innards. Not all clinical simulation programs or classes will use this, but a small community based or low budget simulation program may benefit from this intubation simulator.

Not great but not terrible
It's an extremely easy airway. The tongue is super short and the glottis is huge. I don't even have to bend down or lift the head AT ALL to visualize the vocal chords... that's not a good thing. It's not gonna be very helpful when you're facing a real airway someday (or just another manikin, even). But, you can artificially make it more difficult by forcing yourself to do it the right way, so it's not a total waste. The box that tells you if you're in the trachea or not is helpful, but once again, in the real world you're gonna have to actually confirm placement yourself with bilateral breath sounds, chest rise, xray, etc. So really, it's just letting you be lazy. Maybe good for learning the concept, but not great for actually practicing your intubation skills.

Anatomically wrong!
Bought to train my students on placing NPA. Absolutely anatomically incorrect. You can't use even the smallest size! Returned.

Intubation teaching Model
I got this to practice intubation because I am RRT student. I loved being able to practice so easily with this in the comfort of my own home. This works just as well as any medical device used for teaching; it is great that it comes with the tools needed for intubation. If you want some personalized practice this is a great option. Of crouse, this is an investment but I feel as though its something that doesn't lose its resale value. Overall, no complaints, I would suggest this to anyone!

Doesn't accept NPA, lungs don't inflate when intubated with OPA and proper mask seal
The OPA is accepted by the model, but the NPA is really difficult to insert, I gave up on it. Used OPA with 3 different sized masks and proper technique, lungs didn't fill. I don't see any instructions or way to get support from seller. Will be returning it.

Intubation maniqui
It has a faulty connection. It can be used for teaching, but it does not consistently sense when the tube is in the airway and zero times senses pressure on the teeth.

El maniquí se ve bastante bien, pero me enviaron una consola equivocada, ojalá me pudieran apoyar con el cambio de la consola.
