Updated Review!Within minutes of posting my original 1 star review due to the fact that I did not receive the product I ordered I was contacted through email by James in customer service. He apologized of course for the mistake and at the end of his email he gave me a discount code so I could order another pair of the compression socks.I was surprised this was something I did not expect. I ordered another pair and received them in a few days.I absolutely love them! I wear them when I hit the gym and now I am able to walk around without limping and heel pain. I also tried wearing them to bed to see if they would help with the pain I feel when I take those first steps in the morning and they sure did!I highly recommend these socks to anyone with plantar fasciitis they have made walking and working out so much more comfortable.--------------------------------------------------------------Only 1 star because I have to give a star in order to post a review.I would like to write a review but I cant because I received a package with just a ball inside of it NO SOCKS! I paid extra to have the compression socks delivered to me next day and all I received was a blue ball. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and irritated.

Socks are great however shipment did not include the massage ball.

I'm disappointed with this product because one of the socks after used it for a few couple of hour, for the first time, has a litle hold.The exercise ball is very good quality and helpful.

Great product and customer service. I am very happy with my Dr Sportney Podiatric Solutions Plantar Fasciitis Compression Socks With Massage Ball. The compression socks provide relief during the day when I'm moving about and the massage ball is fantastic for strengthening the areas of my foot that are causing me problems.My order was missing the massage ball but a quick message to the seller, JJ Big Deals and the problem was taken care of. Wonderful customer service!
