The media could not be loaded.  My 2 year old sometime wants to take a shower instead of a bath and this was exactly what I needed to get a shower head at his level.I used silicone to attach it to the shower surround because I didn't want to make holes. Also if I want to remove later it would be easier to clean up and fix.The bar is metal along with the bar holders. The shower holder is plastic.

Wasn't really expecting anything fancy and to be honest expected it to be cheaply made, but out of the box all the pieces are very well made and was very easy to install.

Super easy to install. It looks great. Also easy to adjust after installing. The piece that holds the shower head was also easy to adjust the height when showering.

Good sturdy solid steel as advertised, instructions were straight forward to follow and install was simple enough. I only have one issue with it, but its a big one. The part that holds the shower head is too loose, so if you tilt it down too much it just carries on rotating till the shower is spraying the back of the wall. I can use it but you can't have the water vertical, it has to be angled. I don't know if this is just a fault with the one I have, but it's irritating and fiddly.

It is a great replacement for a broken one as the wall brackets can be in whatever position you require not a fixed distance, so don’t have to drill new holes or be left with old holes on show.Once fitted looks great and feels sturdy on the wall, much better than the one it replaced, even the slider locking mechanism feels like it should last a long time. Very happy with this product and more importantly so is my wife!

I don’t usually bother writing reviews but I was really impressed with this rail. It was bought as a replacement for a plastic mounted rail that had broken. There are three holes in the mounting plates which means there is a good chance it will match the existing screw holes and mine did. I had read a review that said the rail got scratched when put in the mounts but if you fully unscrew the Allen screws on the mounts that shouldn’t happen. It took less than 15 minutes to install and looks much better than the old one.

Didn't think it was possible to be excited by a riser rail but this thing is great! It's solid (unlike the rubbish Mira one it's replaced), easy to fit and looks good. Bit expensive but still cheaper (and better) that a replacement Mira one. Just because other reviews have mentioned it, I can confirm that my Mira hose/shower head fit the clamp bracket perfectly - so I'm wondering if people don't realise it's conical and they've possibly got it the wrong way round?

This is a nice looking rail and would be good in any bathroom if it wasn't for the method they've chosen to fix it to the wall. A lot of bathroom accessories use this 'dish and screw' method and unfortunately it's a system that just isn't robust enough for everyday use. Problem is, of course, that when you buy these accessories you can't see what the fixing method is going to be.
