Alright. I was advised by a runner to try these for leg cramps I get while running. I haven’t done that yet but, I cut the grass today (never drink enough water in the heat while I do) and a few hours later after a Powerade got bad upper leg cramps in both legs. I thought, what the heck, opened up the pack and tried one. Immediate relief. The cramps and twitches instantly went away and I was able to get off of the floor w/o a problem. Now I’m sitting with my leg crossed over my other one. I will warn you, at first when I took it, it hit with intensity and I thought I might should have mixed it with water but I wasn’t, so I finished the other half and, like I said, instant relief. The taste is comparable to a strong, salty vinegar hit with the raspberry flavor but if you like sour Warhead candy (still not as sour as the Crampfix) you’ll be ok. I’m interested to see how my stomach will adjust to it while running but it fixed the cramps in my legs. 12/22 update Have ran 40 miles during a race in the desert using these and had no cramping issues. Get these if you ultra or get out in the heat and work hard.

This works amazingly taste is absolutely horrible but who cares when you stop a cramp

I recently purchased this product and have used it several times with great success. I do endurance sports in hot environments and loose tons of sodium through sweat. This a higher dosage than taking regular salt tabs but works well to recover from a sodium / potassium deficit during exercise or after. I suffer from cramping during and after events or long training efforts. This will get you on the track to recovery. I take this as part of my nutrition for any long effort or as a back up to standard salt pills which I will take regularly during an outing. The taste will take some getting used to but worth it.
