I am an experienced Esthetician, I treat my equipment with great care. We have one other machine that was purchased from a different vendor. This machine on Amazon is defective. They offer no support. Our machine stopped working after under 6 months with only a dozen our so times of use. It is out of the return window for Amazon and Zemits refuses to do anything. Do not purchase anything from Zemits! They are cheaply made products with zero support that you will have to replace regularly. They are a scam company taking advantage of people in our industry. You will not be able to fix them or get replacement pieces and parts. Spending almost 3k for use of a machine for only 6 months is unacceptable. I will be moving forward filing complaints with the BBB, Amazon and my Credit Card company to see what be done. Scammers, and thieves who don't stand behind the garbage machines that the make. If you have to repurchase every 6 months you are better off just buying a Diamond Glow or Hydrafacial. It will cost you less in the long run. Wish I learned my lesson the first time when I had another crap machines from Zemits that I purchased through Advanced Esthetics.

This product constantly quits working. Not even a year and it has stopped working completely. Customer service is a joke!
