Costa's Goa Pork Sausages 200g (Pack of 2) (Vacuum Packed)

I suppose that not everyone will like this product. To some, it may seem too spicy, to others, difficult for digestion. Nevertheless, he will find a large number of his admirers. Yes, his taste is not for everybody. But the product is non-standard, tasty and very high quality. It is good not only for India, I think these smoked sausages in an excellent sauce will appeal to many Europeans. I will definitely buy it periodically.

The overall taste of the sausage to me is okay. There is a slight sour taste in the sausage that m finding it somewhat unpleasant. The meat inside is not ground but chopped and small chunks of meat is seen. Smoky flavor is good, but I don't think I'll be buying it again.

Comes with some extra sauce and spices. But item is still very overpriced for the quantity being sold.

I absolutely did not like these sausages. First of all you can't call them sausages, it's just meat stuffed into skin; buy it try it and you'll agree with me. Secondly, I don't think the skin is actually skin, and I don't think it's edible, anyway nothing was mentioned so I removed it. It's hard and almost felt like paper. Lastly, the meat has so much masala and vinegar that it tastes bitter. I had to eat it with ketchup but it still tasted bitter. I would love it if they could just pack normal pork sausages, with skin in brine or sunflower oil, in cans. I would definitely buy them. Anyway if you want, you can try these yourself and give your review.. Whatever I have left with me will be given to our dog because no one in my family liked it...

It's hard to say what i dislike about these Costa Sausages because I tripped on them. It was a walk down the memory lane for me as i took my first bite into the sausage. I love Goan food,culture,history...and believe me if I am given a second chance I would wish to live there forever. The taste of these sausages is no less than the ones I had as a little girl back in the early 80's in Goa. I still remember the first bite of my first Goan chorizo and the Costa sausages definitely have a very similar taste,if not identical!
