Amazon Brand - Happy Belly Hollandaise Sauce Mix, 0.9 ounce (Pack of 12)

This is easy to make and delicious. I read some of the reviews indicating the sauce did not thicken, so I was skeptical. I was pleased, followed the instructions, simmered and let sit for a few minutes. This thickened like gluten hollondaise sauce. I did add a little seasoning, but would definitely recommend!

Wasn't really into this particular brand. I have used another popular household brand and the end result is smooth and creamy with a nice flavor. This stuff? Maybe had a tried cooking it a little longer it would have thickened up a bit? So I won't hold that against it. However the flavor just wasn't as nice. Kind of bland, actually. And it just seems like there was separation in the product like it just wouldn't blend nicely. Imagine oil and water? I don't know how else to explain it other than there was just little specks in it that look like it just was not blending smoothly. I'm not sure if I would buy this again. I have one more packet and I will try it again down the road and see if I cook it longer and at a lower temp if that helps? If it works I will come and update this review but I am concerned that the flavor still won't meet my demands and I'll end up switching back to the popular household name brand.

Better than the Knoll or Mccormick brands of dry hollandaise sauce mixes! Super creamy and flavorful, but not too salty.

My husband and I enjoy hollandaise sauce when eating out and frequently treat ourselves if out for breakfast. We found with these hollandaise sauce packets it’s a convenient way to make hollandaise sauce at home and they’re quite tasty. I’ve purchased other brands of hollandaise sauce packets at the grocery store and these are just as good if not better sometimes will make fried eggs and potatoes and put the hollandaise sauce on both. I’ve also made the hollandaise sauce to go with asparagus. Overall, these hollandaise sauce packets are a good value, and I will continue to purchase them.

Not a bad product, not a great one and my order only had 11 not 12 and Amazon won't do anything because it is non refundable.
