Dr recommended . Has “carb snart” which supposedly doesn’t spike your sugar levels. I think this is why it’s more expensive than other brands in this category. Taste is great. Hopefully helps with my anemia . I need more iron and nutrients!

Believe it or not, I've been having this for breakfast for years. It's great if you're trying to watch your sugar intake. The flavors are really good, and it is satisfying enough to keep me going even past lunch time.

I love the taste
These are great as a snack or meal replacement if you buy the larger ones. I keep one in the car when I'm out keeps me from needing to pick up something to eat if I get hungry. Yes,it stabilize your blood sugar.

This negative review is for the strawberry flavor.
I love the chocolate flavored glucerna, but the strawberry has an offputting, very strong artificial flavor that even mixing a single bottle into a half gallon of milk could hide. I haven't tasted the vanilla yet but I am happy that there is at least one flavor I enjoy.

SO FAR SO GOOD
I like the supplement for food in a liquid form when you need a little boost. This worked well for my elderly parent who doesn't eat as much as she should but this drink makes sure she gets what is needed daily and she likes it.

Glucerna tastes delicious. It comes in various sizes and flavors and I love that flexibility. It has lots of protein and small amount of sugar-a great combination.
