Great product to help workflow in espresso making
I got this a couple of days ago and I must say it is a great tool to help the workflow of espresso making, as consistency and the ability to reproduce the same results over and over again is key.My only niggle (hence one less star) is that the part which touches the basket to keep it levelled is metal, thus it will rub against it. Otherwise, a great product.

Good product, cheaper alternative to OCD.Positives; affordable, durable, compact, screw to adjust height instead of shims.Negatives: very heavy for size, much heavier than my tamper. Coffee gets inbetween but can be brushed easily. Would like to see a 55.5mm version made.Overall happy

Couldn't justify the price of an OCD so thought i would take a punt on this. I have been using it for a few weeks now. It distributes the grinds in the portafilter nicely pre tamp and in return has made extractions more consistent. Takes a bit of adjusting to get it initially set up for the basket depth but other than that easy to use. The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is i cant compare it to the OCD which could be better.
