I've had Trace minerals before that tasted very salty. This is quite the opposite. It tastes almost like nothing. It's very watery and to me has the taste of watered down apple cider vinegar. I have been using this for a while now and it's easy enough to store in my fridge. The capful is nice to measure and it doesn't need a separate measuring cup. This is an as advertised and does need refrigerated! That was one thing I wasn't expecting as a lot of my other minerals have not needed refrigeration. It's easy enough to handle taking for me whether in the evening or the morning. It is not anything that upsets my stomach where is hard on my body. It's a very gentle tonic.
