Gorgeous , and easy to follow

I never thought I’d do a paint by number art piece. I left that in grade school. A few people I follow on social media mentioned it as a way they relieve stress and anxiety and a way to focus on an enjoyable task so figured I’d give it a try since I want to paint but don’t have the skill.This is a quality paint set. Everything you need is included. It is printed on a very nice canvas, the paints are numbered and water soluble so easy to follow and to clean up. The brush sizes vary in thickness. More paints can be ordered if needed. The cap serves as a paintbrush holder and it comes with a paper copy of the canvas.Great for gifting. The design is quite intricate and can get small. A magnifying glass or reading glasses may be needed for some.What I really like is that this is a project. Maybe possible to get done in a few days but really its something to be done over time. Like a large puzzle, a dedicated space or even an easel would be beneficial. To avoid the paints from drying out, may be good to put some on a plate to keep the tub closed.There are no negatives that I experienced or can see. They included everything needed, great designs full of depth, detailed patterns to keep you focused, easy clean up. Highly recommended.

This is my favorite thing that I never knew I wanted! It took many hours, over several days, but it was altogether enjoyable. I found it mostly easy to read, but on the few occasions that I had already covered part of a number, there's a backup chart provided. It was easy to do, with no artistic ability required. I had my doubts as to how good it would look when complete, but I'm really impressed! (I did touch up a few numbers that were showing through some of the lighter colors). I can't wait to do more-- I found this to be so relaxing, yet productive too. This would make an incredible gift....in fact, all of my kids have already requested one!

There's nothing not to like with this paint-by-numbers of a classic painting. The canvas is of good quality and is suitable for framing. The painting itself is, of course, lovely. And I found the numbering and markings to be clear and easy to read. It's ready to go right out of the box!This comes rolled in a tube, similar to a poster, and mine had no creasing. A few weights and it flattens out just fine.Very nice overall!
