Works great and holds glasses securely
Very good purchase! I was initially concerned about the comments that the wire is stiff or that it would be a problem that some excess sticks out the back. I guess depending on your application that could matter, but it was no issue for me at all. I like that it's high quality and strong and will hold glasses securely even if tugged on. I needed something that could hold a pair of safety goggles firmly/tightly and the adjustable version works perfectly for that! It was easy to tighten and then also loosen. Also liked that it came with two sizes of the attachment points in case the glasses have smaller or larger ear pieces. I plan to buy more of these now.

Not so good..
Not a fan. For starters, I’m not a tacticool kind of guy. I like the outdoors but I don’t need tactical and a big skull on my flipping shade retainers. The retainers themselves are nothing but the old cablz brand that’s been ripped off and ‘made in america’ well, it sucks. Here’s why- the cable is too short. Your sunglasses will be choking you. I had a visible red Indention on my neck from this uncomfortable awkward cable. I thought I was going to break my new shades even using the hand sanitizer to slip the large tube over the frame. Getting it off was even harder. It’s going back....It can be proudly made in America and all but the design, function, and aesthetic are all lacking to say the least. Keep lookin!

Returning because the back of strap is not flexible; sticks straight out
Pro: product is well made and I think will hold up well. Grips are well made to hold onto arms of glasses.Cons: very stiff and once tightened sticks straight out. Not good for females with hair because if you wear over top, then you can't put eyeglass arms under hair; if you wear under hair, it literally holds all of your hair up off your neck. I can't imagine even wearing these with a hat much less a helmet. If it was flexible and would lay down on the back of your neck it would be ok.

I like it for work
I do like them. The adjustable strap is cool for work in construction because they'll never fall off. You can adjust it tight to the back of your head. The only thing I didn't like at first is the dense rubbery plastic wire stuff these are made out of kinda stick straight out behind your head so be aware that's the look you want. If you're expecting it to hang down behind your head like the traditional shoe string style ones, it won't.

Great product for the outdoors, pleasure or work.
Great product for the outdoors, pleasure or work. I live in Tampa, Florida where the heat, humidity, and sweat always causes my prescription glasses to slip to the bottom of my nose. These straps hold them in place comfortably when doing outdoor work, whitewater rafting etc. This product is solidly made and comes with a set of replacement holders. I always buy American when I can and willing to pay more for products that will last and that are expertly built. I only wish I had them a few weeks ago when riding the Mako roller coaster ride at SeaWorld Orlando when I was pulling Gs and traveling 70 mph. I did not trust my sunglasses to hold, therefore, I placed them in my cargo pants and never saw anything. Moreover, I wish I had them when I was at airborne training at Fort Benning, GA back in 1983. I was exiting the 34 foot tower to practice airplane exits when my straps failed and my glasses flew off but I managed to catch them in mid air. Unfortunately, when I returned to the foot of the tower for my exit evaluation, the black-hat training sergeant made me do 20 push-ups for a poor exit but gave me credit for catching my glasses in mid flight.
