The previous lumbar support had torn and not connected to one side of the chair. This replacement took seconds to put on. Look like an exact replica of the original part.

The product works exactly as expected. Earlier I had ordered the wrong size (check the triangle of dots - google it) which was not good, but the proper one works perfectly.

I hemmed and hawed about buying this after reading some of the negative reviews. I should have bought it long ago - works great, easy to install, and price is great. Don't hesitate!

My Aeron is over 15 years old. The old lumbar pad had torn and become useless. This slipped right on and is like new. I can't comment on the longevity of this but it doesn't seem cheaply made. It is supportive and the material has some flex, not the hard plastic that falls apart in a week.Edit: Both edges that attach to the chair broke completely off in 2 months. It may be how I sit, but the original lasted 15 years.
