Much like the Quattro RX, the new 2017 Blizzard Quattro 8.4 TI is designed for powerful precision through softer snow than you’ll find on a race course. The 2mm of tip and tail rocker make turn initiation in softer snow much smoother as the skier does not have to full decamber the ski to engage a carving turn.

A true fighter jet, but easy to ski way faster than you should!
If you want to ski fast and be stable doing so, this is the ski 4U. I'm 57 and usually ski on the playfull all mountain K2 pinnacles with my grandkids. I was following the youth ski team blazing down the mountain, the Pinnacles started getting squirrelly, as expected at high speeds.Later in the day, grandkids tired out, so I did my first run on my new Blizzard Quattros. I knew they were a fast ski so I planned to just go straight down till they started getting unstable, never happened. Only turns I made was to follow the trail GS styles. The wind resistance was keeping me from going any faster, super stable. About that time I noticed I was passing that same group of teenage racers like they were standing still!Next run I slowed it way down, but still fast, and skied the edge of the trails. I almost fell as these skies turned so quick when just the idea of turning entered my head.If you want to strap on a fighter jet at go the Quattros are the ski for you.
