I bought this in September of 2021 and didn't actually open and use it until September of 2024. It still tasted great. I use it all the time - didn't really care for it on prime rib as I love Herbes de Provence on my prime rib. But it's a KILLER steak rub and that's how I use it, on ribeyes and strips. Highly recommend for steaks.
