Love, love, love this mat.
For years I have been rolling out dough on my flour coated counter. Now with easy clean up, this mat made my life so much easier. The first thing I noticed is that it was sticky on both sides. This helps the mat to stick to the counter so it won't slide away when you roll your dough. The stickiness on the front goes away when you flour the surface. I feel that it is the perfect size for pizza dough. I have not tried cookie cutter dough on this yet but I am sure it will be just as nice to work with.

This is great
I was really excited when this arrived. I am gluten sensitive and make a lot of dough based items by hand. I have a small kitchen and have to use my dining room table as a surface frequently. Love this because I can do so much on it. I haven't rolled out a pie crust yet on it. But didn't roll out sugar cookie dough. It works great.I did receive this for free or at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

A must have for making bread.
So good I had to order twice - as I stupidly diced my fresh basil on this - lots of cuts right through the silicone. So, when I got the replacement I cut out the largest circle and use it to roll out my pizza dough and then it goes right in the over on this.
