Tactical Trap Folks were above and beyond! my review is that the product is functional and relatively easy to install, even though I had a "brain fart" and had to contact them and they helped me and responded within 20 minutes. It functions, and the main test, wife approved! We had a hick up with the carrier, nothing that Tactical Traps had any control of, but they stepped up and became the definition of "make customer happy". By the way, all of this happened with the Tactical Traps company moving, so I know the pain of moving an office. I am so pleased, I will order more from them, and offer my recommendations to all my friends

Absolutely love my 2 wooden gun safes that flip down our pop open. Wood is sturdy, the value for the we money is cheap in my opinion plus as in time made to order. Easy to use, love the appearance & sizes to choose from are wonderful.

One if the better traps, I was all about 5 stars but, having it for a couple years, now I’m having a mini issue. We’ll see how it plays out, I’d love to add the 5th star. High quality and I’ve seen multiple competitors, definitely worthwhile, however, the company should sell or add an extra foam piece, for us first timers

So far, I am displeased with this for the price paid for this item. The locking mechanism is finicky and difficult to operate. I contacted the seller through Amazon support and received two generic responses over the course of two weeks. Eventually, I needed to give an ultimatum that either they resolved my issues or I will return the item and leave a negative review. At that time, they provided a 800 phone number to call. I did call and was told the tech only one was too busy to speak with me. Poor customer service! If they make this right, I will update this review.

First and foremost, the quality of this shelf is fantastic! It was easy to customize the foam insert to fit my husband's Hellcat and also had room for 2 magazines. The shelf opens and closes smoothly. We are very happy with this purchase as it not only functions well but also looks beautiful! Top notch and would highly recommend!

I’ll be honest for the price I was expecting a bit better quality finish and wood. My foam adhesive was a miss as well but will work despite much of it coming off with the paper. The ebony finish is a shoddy spray job at best. I’ll have to refinish it myself unfortunately. That being said I like the shelf and it works as intended but attention to these details would have made a big impact on my review. It’s also worth mentioning to change the batteries that came with it as they may have been in there a while. I found myself needing the external pack day 1 to open it.

This shelf is perfect for a quick access to any of your home defense weapons, the only thing I would add is that I think the foam could be a more dense product than what they are using but overall it is a well-built and good looking. Also I purchased a couple of additional magnets to help support and hold the guns in place.

Amazing product has a couple design flaws needs more lighting, I put a 1911 and a sig m17 in mine they fit tight not much wiggle room for error , when you mount your light it has to be in certain spot or guns will hit it . Great quality looks amazing in my house can’t even tell it has guns in it
