Yes the ingredients are water , hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, white thyme leaf oil, eucalyptol, menthol, natural wintergreen flavor And not to swallow

what is the percentage of the hydrogen peroxide?

To be honest I dont know much about this product. I returned it as soon as i opened the package to find it has leaked and there was no protective seal on it.
