I am 74. Female. Fine hair, grey, had been thinning for a while. I started using this product over two years ago and I highly recommend it for it conditions as well as encourages growth. Since using it as instructed washing my hair three times a week, I have found my scalp areas to be less thin, and hair stronger. I don’t use any conditioner as this leaves my hair shiny and soft. I highly recommend this but each person may wish to check with the doctor just in case of any medical issues.
