I buy this product regularly. Weirdly, in the UK there is no iodine fortification in the water or the salt, so I need to order online.

Mostly ok, it’s salt, hard to fault that, but the granules are a little larger than what I’d hope for in fine salt. Usually not an issue as it dissolves in food easily, but can have issues sticking to popcorn.

Increase iodine which helps with hormones.

This iodized salt is excellent quality. It dissolves easily, has a pure and natural taste, and comes in very good packaging that keeps it fresh. I like that it is both healthy and affordable, making it perfect for everyday use. I feel confident using it in all my cooking, and I will surely buy it again. Highly recommended!
