Yes it does, I think it's a great kit for beginner or someone who wants to try different techniques. It's no lucky craft, but the lures are decent.

I usually use 0.25mm as I like to fish with light equipment.

About the size of the average 99¢ kids pencil box that comes in different colors. I wondered if everything was there since I'm my mind it should have been bigger but it was all there and when it arrived it was of course neatly stacked which allowed everything to fit.
