Q: Do I need to pay additional for a software to make 3D walkthrough real estate video?

There are several free online programs which will also host your project. The pay versions gives you a lot more space and functionality. I use Kuula the paid version and it works great. The free versions will get you going.

Q: Description says 51gb internal memory holds 110 min of 4k and 900 raw + (and) 6350 jpeg? please verify i'm sure it is wrong.

If you are mainly interested in video this is the wrong camera. Most people (like me) buy the Z1 for the great stills from the one inch sensors. I shot over 900 RAW + JPG photos during a 4 day Muay Thai tournament and still had room for more.

It has a female 1/4"-20 mount thread in the bottom

Q: Can you shoot stills that are not 360?

It is a 360 camera so not you can’t shoot regular, you will need a regular camera
