Essential Vegan Multivitamin

I’ve been taking these Future Kind Vegan Multivitamins for about five years, and they’ve been a total game changer. I’ve tried several vegan supplements over the years, but this is the only one where I actually felt a difference within a week — more energy, better focus, and an overall sense of vitality. When I first started, I had a very slight “B12 reaction” — just a bit of fatigue for a day or two — and then suddenly I felt great. This is a great supplementif you are Vegan, which my daughter is. This is easy to take, no aftertaste. It seems like she is benefiting from this supplement. This is a regular in her regimen; the ingredients and company are clean and filler-free. The fresh pack in the bottle has a very pleasant orange scent, so there is an orange aroma to the product, but the actual vitamin itself doesn't have a taste. It is easy to swallow as it is a soft gel, and there is no nausea or upset stomach after taking the product. All huge pros! This is more of an Essential as it's listed Omegas D3 and B12 (super important for Vegans especially) I especially like that the B12 is Methylcobalamin vs cyanocobalamin (the cheaper stuff)

I wanted a good supplement that had vegan D3 as I am deficient and need to take it daily. I love that this combines all the ‘essentials’ hence the name, of the vitamins I take. I now can eliminate multiple pills into this one supplement. It says it has a citrus taste but I haven’t really tasted anything. It doesn’t take good or bad. The smell is pleasant. I absolutely love the packaging of this product. Very satisfied and will continue to purchase!
