Q: Is this one box of clense or two? i see the box itself contains two bottles, but i'm wondering if that's what (pack of 2) means, or if 2 boxes?

My order came with two boxes which contain the two bottles in each, so yes a pack of two 7 Day cleanse/detox, 14 days worth! I ordered mine expecting only one box/pack after reading these previous confusing answers, and with pretty much the same price compared to others only selling one pack/box of the 7 day cleanse, it was still a great price. Wanted to clear this up, because for the price, you are getting two packs of the 7 day cleanse for a great price compared to the same product from other sellers only selling one pack.

Stick to eating as many whole foods as possible. Limit consumption of meat, dairy and animal products in general in order to reap the best benefits of this herbal detox cleanse. Try to drink a gallon of water a day (preferably alkaline)- take it everywhere with you! Make it a goal. Kombucha (a live probiotic drink) is always a great Go-To whenever it comes to cleansing. Throw in some Chia seeds to make it even more filling
