My wife got these to go into her Elvie Stride. Her flange size decreased quite rapidly during her postpartum journey and she kept going down in size causing her to need smaller and smaller inserts. These fit in her Elvie Stride great and work well. They are reasonably priced. The only issue that she reported was they took a while to ship, otherwise, no complaints.

I bought these because they came up in my search for “onionbaby flanges 19mm”, which was the brand that’s recommended to fit the Elvie pump. I was nervous because no where in the title did it say the brand but I figured they looked like what I needed so I would order them anyway and see how it went (I couldn’t find anything in my search that actually listed the onionbaby brand name). When they arrived, the case said onionbaby so these must be exactly what was recommended to me. They fit perfectly in my elvie and I didn’t have to trim them to fit. I haven’t tried them but I also think they would have worked perfectly in my Spectra S1 flanges that came with the pump.

I am exclusive pumper and needed smaller inserts but didn't want the hard plastic flanges so I ordered these. I have used them in multiple pumps and they have worked in each one including my bella baby wearables. They are well made and are holding up for me. These have changed my pumping journey for sure. They are affordable too! Well worth your money.

We got these in efforts to make my breast pumping experience more comfortable since we have a premie. First issue is they don't fit the flang properly. They are very thin and flimsy, they will wear down quickly. They are far too short and don't account for how far your nipple stretches into the flang so the cut end rubs the nipple after about 4 minutes of pumping which feels like needles and like hot needles when your nipples are sore. They are also non-refundable. So even if you get the wrong size, (which we did on accident) you can't return them even if unused... seeing as we got 2 sets (unfortunately I have sisters and not twins) we wasted $30+ 🙃 buy these at your own risk....

The silicone is very soft feeling, which doesn't grab your nipple very well, aspecially when wet. Should be a stickier silicone

I bought these for my elvie pump and they make it more comfortable and help me make sure my breasts get emptied to prevent clogs. I love that these do not need to be cut to fit in the flange.

My sizing was off so my suction was off. These helped a lot very comfortable.

I've bought both the 19mm and 21mm from the same seller, and even though the 21mm are too large (for me), i suspect they are made from a better material as they don't make my skin feel raw from use like the 19mm does. Even with using coconut oil like the instructions advise, the 19mm just doesn't feel quite as smooth to the touch, and immediately are uncomfortable (despite it being the right size; it's the material, as it is also more see-through despite being thicker than the opaque 21mm).
