I'm not positive. I am 5'2", and it is probably 5-6 inches too long for me.

Q: If buy this one, should i buy more crinoline underskirt petticoat slip to be same as picture?

Hi Angela,You should buy a petticoat slip to make the gown look fluffier like in the picture. This costume only comes with theglitter tulle accents, satin choker, and matching headband. It doesn't have a petticoat underneath. Hope this helps.
