It works together to give my digestive system the missing pieces that help me digest better. Much better than just a probiotic. I recommend if you think you need this to try it out. It works for me.

I'm taking this twice a day but haven't noticed any improvement in my digestive problems. I've re-ordered, but if I haven't noticed improvement at the end of two months I plan to try something else.

Expensive 28 day supply of FOS. This is short chain FOS and it is very convenient to take, which is great, but unless this is February, it won't even last a full month before running out. You can get pure FOS powder that is much cheaper than this, and it will easily last a month or more.
