The broke off
First thing I did when I got the toy was try to change the head and the neck broke off. The rest of the toy is quality, but it doesn’t do you any good without a head

Great toy, but a couple of issues
Great toy and customization, but I received two left hands (the ones meant to hold the swords), the belt loop in the back was broken off when I opened the package, and the head rotator snapped off when I tried putting on the alternate head (with mask).
