So nice to find natural organic versions of vitamins not conceived in a lab!!! This has become our go-to K2.

I'm still not sure this brand is truly high quality, but I've read how your body needs vitamin K to properly metabolize vitamin D. I'm vitamin D deficient and have been supplementing with large doses, so I've started taking this K intermittently to help my body absorb the D. I've also started fermented Cod liver oil with butter oil, which also has D and K, so hopefully together this will do some good :) I like that this is organic and, while it is made from soy, it's fermented soy, which is supposed to be ok for thyroid health. I've read that it's hard to overdose on K and that most people are deficient (like vitamin D), so I take this on top of my multi two to three times a week. MK7 (the K found in this supplement) is a form of K2 that supposedly has a longer half-life and is more likely to build up in your system. I usually stick to New Chapter and Vitamin Code vitamins, but they do not have vitamin K isolated, so this is the best option I could find and, in general, am happy with the product.

Grat form of vit k. I take it whe using high doses of vit D (10,000 or 50,000mcg) so the vit d doesn't calcifies in bthe bloodstream.
