This is a great concept and the phone holder itself is brilliant and works better than any one I've used so far, and I've tried many, many of them. This would be an easy 5 star mount except for one problem - The Arm portion of the mount has elbow or swivel joints and the tension on these joints, especially the one closest to the phone holder, is just too weak. I'm using an iPhone 11 Pro Max, with a slim case, which holds perfectly in the mount, but hit the slightest bump and the phone flops over because the last swivel joint is just too weak. And there is no way to tighten it.Because the mount glues to the back of the screen and the main arm is fixes at a 45 degree angle, there is no way to use the mount on the left side (driver side in US) of the screen in a way where less weight is put on the swivel joint, without the phone hiding behind the wheel or covering the screen. And there is no way to adjust the tension on it. If you could lock it in place once positioned, it would be great. But as it is, it just doesn't work. At least not on the driver side of the screen. Didn't try it on the passenger side. And that's a shame because the phone holder mechanism itself is awesome, and the tuck away feature is a great idea too. Allow the joints to be locked and you've got a five star winner. Can't use it the way it is though.Note: Jowua's other 480% swivel mount doesn't have this problem and works great.

One of the best design phone mount for model 3.I used to have the car mount that puts at the left hand side of the air vent, but it is too far for me to reach and unlock.This one is in between the monitor and the wheel, which is the perfect spot for me, it keeps my eye in front of the road. The roller holder is easy to use and it will not block the gear (R,N,D,P) on the left of the screen. Im satisfied so far.Also saw the company makes other Tesla accessories, I am looking forward to it.

Small issue holding thicker cases. Other than that it’s a great product

This device is ALMOST perfect. I recently got a Samsung S22 Ultra and the side grips do not always grip tightly without ALOT of effort. Works fine in portrait mode.

Holds phone at the perfect angle and couldn’t ask for a better fit. Folds away behind the Tesla display when not in use. 100% happy

This mount is perfect, it is really easy to get your phone in and out of. The positioning is great, and it is pretty sturdy.
