Great book on a really important aspect of innovation
Innovation is poorly understood by many organisations and as a result is poorly measured and accounted for. This is an important book, one that lands well and is accessible but also practical. As someone who has worked in the innovation space for many years, I am pleased that the authors have taken the time to provide a well researched, informative and practical book that anyone interested in driving innovation at scale. Highly recommended.

The book that corporate innovation has been waiting for
This is an important book. As an innovation advisor to companies around the world I read a lot of business books. This is the first one that I have seen which really grapples with the crucial issue of how to measure the dynamics of innovation inside an organization. In my experience, one of the key reasons that 94% of executives are frustrated with their innovation performance is that they are measuring the wrong things, and what we measure is ultimately what gets done. This book helps managers measure the things that give organisations the best chance of creating an environment where new ideas can emerge and thrive.I wrote the book “Be Less Zombie” to help organisations turn innovation on. This book will help you turn it up.I suspect that Innovation Accounting will be the inspiration of many more books as this field grows in maturity. An excellent book for anyone tasked with delivering the innovation that their organisation’s future needs.
