You can have confidence that this is a legit, pro quality, panel, worth the price.
It's definitely a quality panel and I do find it both effective and an enjoyable daily ritual. Surprisingly I find it most effective for soothing muscle and tendon aches and injuries. I have trouble with my neck and knees, and there is no doubt this panel provides symptomatic relief. It is also a great way to start the day doing breathing exercises in front of this panel. My only small complaint is the touch sensitive buttons on the side. Often when I grab the panel to adjust it I accidentally turn it off, set the timer, or change the light frequency. It's no big deal and easy to correct, but I think the older design with the two switches for each frequency band on the back would be preferable. The stand is solid. Some reviews say it's tight to adjust, but I don't think you'd want it looser. It does a great job holding it in position and is no problem to adjust once you get used to it.

A Legit At Home Red Light Therapy Panel That Actually Delivers
I did a lot of research before committing to red light therapy, and the Hooga PRO300 kept coming up as the best value in the mid range category. After about six weeks of consistent use, I can say that reputation is well earned. The dual chip LEDs at 660nm red and 850nm near infrared are the real deal. The 660nm wavelength handles surface level skin work like reducing redness and improving overall tone, while the 850nm penetrates deeper for muscle recovery and joint support. I use it for about 10 minutes a day on my face and lower back, and within two to three weeks I noticed my skin looking noticeably clearer and my post workout soreness recovering faster than usual. Setup is straightforward. The adjustable stand is sturdy, the built in timer is genuinely useful, and the cooling fans keep it from running hot. It is compact enough for a desk or nightstand without being in the way. Flicker free LEDs are a nice touch for anyone sensitive to that. The 3 year warranty gives real peace of mind for a product at this price point, and the low EMF output at the recommended treatment distance addresses a concern I had going in. My honest critique is that the stand, while functional, feels slightly less premium than the panel itself. Minor complaint overall. For anyone who has been curious about red light therapy but does not want to pay clinical pricing, the PRO300 is the most credible entry point I have found. Well worth the investment.

Easy to use and see a difference in complexion
After a rabbit hole of research on red light and finding masks claustrophobic, limiting, and annoying to have to charge, I bought this panel. It took about a month to see a difference, but I’m noticing a brighter, more even complexion. I place it on my nightstand and do 10-15 minutes each night. It’s a nice heavy weight, that would be difficult to tip over. About the ideal size for neck and chest at the same time. No installation required—just plug and go! And the built in timer and three settings are easy to use. I have melasma and was afraid to use the NIR bulbs at first, but it hasn’t made my melasma worse and comparing no NIR to NIR, my skin looks much with the NIR on. It does put out some heat, but not much and it has good fans.

This is good product
I really like this little box of infrared/red light so far. Seems to be sturdy, and very easy instructions to understand for use. The folks on my FB health groups for red light therapy have nothing bad to say about Hooga, why I went with this one. Brings my blood pressure right down, although this is just one part of my work for that objective.

Biggest Bang for the Buck!
As often happens, YouTube made a recommendation to me based on my past searches. Latest for a video by a Retina Specialist on Red Light Therapy (RLT) and Eye Health. My wife and I have watched several by him and thought highly of his presentations. I have cataracts and will need cataract operations at some point. On top of that, I have eye Floaters bad enough that I am considering an operation to fix them. Going on give years, both eyes, always present in my vision. However, either type of Floater operation - sticking needles in my eyes and sucking out the original fluid and replacing it with synthetic; or letting some doctor play laser tag inside my eyeballs zapping the Floaters - freaks me out and fills my head with terrible outcomes, I am open to alternatives. Along this line, my local Opthamologist recommended some $70 a bottle vitamins, which over 5 months have given me zero improvement for my $210. Therefore I was all eyes and ears to learn that RLT has been a thing for at least 5 years for all sorts of ailments, and has lately been effectively used for eye health. So, in my typical Sherlock fashion, I watched about another hundred videos including reviews, and read about 2 dozen articles and studies over a two week period. Once I decided that I was definitely going to give RLT a chance to help my eyes, I determined that the Hooga Pro300 was exactly the right array of lights and Light Frequencies for me. Aside from my eyes, I have no objections to letting it clear up my skin imperfections, age spots, wrinkles, sore back, insomnia, grumpiness, and anxiety. In all honesty I will say that I could find only one study that measured the effect on Floaters. HOWEVER, while reading the hundreds of reviews, I did find a couple dozen testimonies that RLT did in fact help some people with their Floaters! Good enough for me. And for less than $300, a worthwhile risk. So, I got the Hooga Pro300 five days ago. I use it daily for 15 minutes in the AM, and 10 minutes in the PM. I have it set on a bathroom counter that is waste level. I get buck naked, and rotate my torso in front of it for 10 minutes (3-2-2-3), then sit on the toilet seat, and give my eyes 3 minutes - half time opened, half time closed but facing it - and then bend my head forward and let shine on the top of my head for the last 2 minutes. I am not bald, but my hair is thinning badly, and read it has helped stimulate hair growth. In the evening, each torso side gets 2 minutes, my eyes 1 mi ute, and the top of my head 1 minute. Okay, so after 5 days here is what I can honestly say. I dig it! The easiest improvement to verify is my skin. It has gotten clearer and smoother. My back pains have lessened. I have slept like a rock each night after use. I think I am more chilled out, although this could be because my wife has been away since the day I got it on a family visit. And, while I still have the Floaters, maybe it's in my head, but they seem less obtrusive. For only five days of use, I am truly shocked at how quickly I seem to be getting benefits. I am hooked, and plan to use this Light daily if able. So while my improvements have so far been minor, I am excited to think what they may be by Summer's end. I'll have to do a September update then. Sorry for the novelette but as I age, I have learned that people want health solutions that both work, and are affordable. So from my perspective, I say Ante Up folks.

Solid product. I use it daily for 10-15 min. I use it mostly for mitochondrial stimulation, but it has skincare benefits as well.
