The duffle bag comes with 3 removable sandbags and has 2 velcro closures on each bag. I'm sure if you were filling it with sand you could get 125lbs in it. I wanted to use rubber mulch and avoid spill out. I managed to get 60lbs of rubber mulch in it. So it'll work good for some of my exercises and it's still light enough for my wife to use for hers. All and all its a good purchase.

Les poignées sont un peu inconfortables, je pense que je vais les couvrir d'un tube en néoprène. J'ai une petite déception parce que le sac n'a pas de poignées à prise verticale si on veut le prendre sur le sens de la longueur. Le sac change beaucoup de forme quand on le lève car les sacs intérieurs n'ont pas non plus une forme stable quand le sable se déplace. Finalement je trouve le sac un peu cher, surtout qu'il est vendu non rempli. Mais il fait un bon haltère.

They advertise that it is good for up to 75 pounds. I have 65 pounds in mine and the seams on the main handles were pulling apart after a few uses. Some of the handles are well attached but they are the ones you seldom use. If you throw this bag it will bust open. Unfortunately I was unable to use it for some time when I first got it and I am now unable to return it. I feel ripped off

La bolsa se ve bien hecha, resistente tanto en materiales como en costuras. Pero los costales para la arena no sellan al 100% y tienen una muy ligera fuga, de forma que con la manipulación de la rutina de ejercicio y al sacarlos y meterlos de la bolsa, dejan un poco de arena regada. Es apenas una pizca, pero suficiente para hacer un poco incómoda la sesión si, como yo, te ejercitas descalzo. Pero si no tienes que sacar y meter costales para variar el peso de la bolsa, realmente no hay ningún problema. Muy buen producto.

The material is super strong. The zippers are large and strong, there is a guard protecting them so they don't break. The handles are sturdy and well placed for various exercises. The bags themselves are also incredibly sturdy. After using it for a few weeks, I'm pretty confident this will not break!
