BOTTOM LINE: Read my review for caveats, but I would recommend a buy
TRUE REVIEW: Uncompensated and actual user.I was struggling between giving this product a 5-star or a 4-star rating, but in the end decided on 5-stars. The product itself is really good and does what it says. There are other reviewers that complained that the unit fails to charge their batteries. I suspect that they are using their cell phone charger to charge the unit - no, no, no. Cell phone chargers do not have enough amperage (power) to power this unit. You need a charger that can handle at-least 2 amps - e.g., an iPad charger.I really like how it tells you how much charge your batteries have at any point in time (not just low, medium, full). And once the batteries are fully charged, the blue LED window turns off - you can tell from afar if the charging is done. You can charge it in your car... heck, you can charge it from a powerbank (albeit, a slightly more powerful one).Over all, it's a good product, I have been using it for 2 months now and it still works great. So why thinking about 4-stars? I evaluate a product according to a price-value ratio. I'm a bit scared of the plastic casing. It looks like it will crack the first time you drop it - feels really brittle. Should you buy it? Maybe. If you don't need to charge a lot of batteries, stick with the charger that came with your camera. Ditto if you have to charge on the go where you could potentially drop the unit.Again, this should have been a 3 to 4-star review, but then they threw-in 2 batteries! For $30, this pushed me to rate it a 5-star purchase (using the price to value ratio). If the batteries fail in a few months I will update my review to a 3 or 4 stars. Please let me know if this review was helpful.BOTTOM LINE: Read my review - can't complain but also can't recommend

This works!!!
I needed extra batteries and a USB charger port, which I found it. This is exactly what I was looking for... Comes with two batteries and USB charging port. Now one can charge with power bank, plug it in computer, in car... The LCD is clearly tells the charging status and once it's done charging. Highly recommended for photographers.Thank youCheers!!!

They seem to work fine so far
I bought these batteries as backups, so I don't use them often. They seem to work fine so far, maybe not lasting as long as my OEM battery or my Wasabi battery, but as backup batteries they're good. The charger is what I was mostly interested in because I was looking for a USB charger that I could use with battery banks/solar chargers. For this purpose it works fine but one must remember, these batteries are 7.2v and require an ~8.4v power supply to charge. Since USB is 5v, this charger has to boost the voltage in order to charge the batteries. This means the time to charge will be longer and it may struggle to charge both batteries at the same time depending on your power source.

I cannot speak for the batteries themselves. They are ...
I cannot speak for the batteries themselves. They are stated to be 2650mAh. I now have 4 batteries and that will be far more than I will ever need. As for the charger, it was an emergency need. My batteries were near dead, picked the charger up, and there is stuff rattling inside. The internals broke and there was no charging with it any more. This charge is about 10-15% the size of my old charger. I put the two new batteries in and they were fully charged in about 30 minutes. I doubt they were depleted, but that was rather quick. I took my 2 existing batteries and charged those. One had some charge and the other was near depleted. They both charged quickly. The depleted battery was done in about 1 hour.If this thing can last 3-4 years, it is worth the money.

BEWARE - Not Well Made...
I bought one and it was faulty. I bought a second, it was faulty. I'm not going three for three.FAULTY Battery Charger. The LED Indicator is erratic. The first charger just had a pale blue light with no indicators when one or both batteries were plugged in. The second charger will not show indicators when both batteries are plugged in. An indicator and blue LED does appear only when one battery is plugged in at a time. Not sure how accurate it is. Charged and used the batteries with a different charger. Batteries appear ok. However, the charger is junk.GREAT IDEA FOR A PRODUCT BUT FATALES...Unfortanite

I am very satisfied with the product
I am very satisfied with the product. In fact, I bought two sets. The batteries integrate perfectly with the camera's electronics. The Battery Info. screen on my camera recognizes these batteries as "LP-E6" with top (three bar) recharge performance. The charge level is also correctly registered as a percentage of 100 and also within the bar graph battery icon.If you want to charge two batteries at a time, however, be sure that the USB power adapter that you use has an output of at least 1.5A and preferably 2.0A. If you use a 2.0A adapter, two batteries will charge up quickly in this unit.
