Works well, I definitely notice a difference and helps with histamine issues.

I’ve had a long year journey of trying to figure out if i have MCAS, SIBO, Histamine Intolerance, etc. because i have all of the symptoms daily. Upper body hives, rashes, swollen hands, shortness of breath after eating, joint pains, stomach issues, etc. I’ve tried 24hr - 3 day fasting, OTC allergy pills, anti-acids, eating the same 10 ingredients for 3 months, etc., so i decided to try things on a nutrient level. I walk about 40-60 miles a week as a server so i tried one pill when i clocked in one day and about 30 mins later, i was walking around in shock by how i felt. I FELT GREAT! Not necessarily energetic like i had drank caffeine, but the opposite. Calm. Normal. Focused. I’m still in shock a little bit while typing this. I will be buying these again when i’m close to running out. Also, i’m 120lbs and I take one pill (twice a day) with food! I don’t feel bloated after eating like i usually would either. No negative side effects! *Warning* A few of the vitamins and minerals in the capsules naturally cause a lime color when you go number one, so don’t be alarmed! lol

I have issues with high histamine foods and get really itchy at night and these help me be able to sleep!

Have only had these about a week, but toom 2 of these before having some wine on New Years and didn't get my usual flushed skin and internall hot feeling afterwards.
