Delicious
I just love this cake mix. Now that I found out Iām gluten free this has been the best option. Texture is great. Great value for my money. Quality is very good and being gluten free and delicious at the same time.

Great tasting cake-for gluten free or gluten eaters alike
This cake mix is my choice for birthday cakes-hands down. I bake a lot of gluten free items and usually prefer to mix my own flour blends for baking but for cakes, I love KAF gluten free mixes. They stay moist, are neither too heavy or light, and stay lovely for several days if your cake doesn't get gobbled up before then. Even the gluten eaters in the party said it was a delicious cake. It tastes like a "real" cake. Perfect!

Gluten free fabulousness!! YUMMMMM!
Okay, so I made these in muffin pans, and after they cooled glazed them with a cup of powdered sugar and three tablespoons of fresh lemon mixed into a glaze. They were SINFULLY DELICIOUS! Be careful... they are addicting! LOL Great treat for those who must be gluten free. (If you really want to make them extra yummy... poke 3 holes in each "muffin" cake with a wooden spoon handle before you put the glaze over them. EXTRA YUMMMMMM! Of course you can make this in a cake pan and do the same.

Good Mix for using Substitutes
I don't keep baking supplies in my home because I have so many food sensitivities/allergies it's just too hard to bake. I haven't tried a cake mix in years, but some of the King Arthur products work for me so I decided to try this cake. I rated the mix 4 stars because I think the price is too high. The flavor will be based on whatever ingredients you use. I need to use egg substitutes and I can't use flaxseed or chia seed. I didn't want to use applesauce as a substitute for 3 eggs, that's too much applesauce. I haven't used any mix in years! I kind of did a trial and error approach, and that means I used oil (instead of margarine or butter) and I ended up using oil w/baking powder for the eggs as well. I used a Napa Valley organic olive oil, which I love. The cake came out surprisingly well. It's very rich, and I'm sure it's loaded with sodium as I discovered afterwards, as I read the cake mix ingredients again, that the mix uses baking powder as a rising agent, too. So my cake is probably 70% olive oil and baking powder!! But for me, for someone who can't use the majority of mixes it's acceptable, it's decent and edible. I just need to make a new batch of frosting, using salt as a frosting does NOT work!

Taste great - everyone loves it
I make this often for work potlucks as we have several people that need gluten free. This is usually the first thing to be eaten even by those who do not need to eat gluten free. Easy to make and taste great.
