Good morning Ken. It really depends on the size of your infant, and their willingness to leave on a headband. Our unisize headband is designed to fit heads within the range of 22.5 inches (57-58 centimeters). I've tried to put this on my one year old, and it's definitely big on her. If your little one isn't opposed to head bands, it may stay on for short periods of time, but we can't guarantee it. Hope this helps you a little bit! Have a funtastic week!
