Lincoln Electric KP4470-1 Viking X6 Headgear Kit

I like how it’s made durable material. You can feel it. It’s not like the 4 point grab? HeadGear. Your whole head hits nicely snug. It locks in place better than any ordinary headgear. The grabbing point it’s great. Fits correctly in front of your eyes. The assembly was simple if you’re understand common sense. I didn’t want to spend 70 plus bucks for this but, I had to since I have a Lincoln 1840 Series.. so I upgraded headgear. It’s great. For those wondering what shell. It’s the Aztec Details, pretty sick. 1840 has the original 4point head gear. It’s okay but over time nope… this was such an upgrade. My head feels a lot more snugged. Man was it worth the purchase?? Yes you like to be comfortable and feel like your hood won’t fall off. This is reasonable why they value it the way they do. It’s thicker plastic that’s what really made me feel better… it’s worth it if you want it to be worth it. Up to you. 70+ is a ton for just this. 100% worthy upgrade.

I have a Yeswelder LYG-M800H-A helmet, (it's the one with the green spots), and although the headgear wasn't anything special it did the job and I was okay, until it wouldn't stay up anymore... This one is specific to a Lincoln Electric helmet, but I took a chance and I'm glad I did! -It was easy to install and it fit perfectly -It's a lot easier to put on and off one-handed than the stock gear was -It's easy to adjust the friction and so far I haven't had to readjust it a single time after a couple months -And it's just comfy. If I needed another one tomorrow I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again.

This fits great and comfortable on your forehead and easy to adjust.

Fits my Lincoln 1740 and it’s so comfortable. I don’t have to adjust the dial in the back. The head piece stretches a little bit. Solid piece of head gear and my hood don’t fold down like it usually does.
