Good reel for the money

The reel is great. It looks good, and can do some heavy lifting. The baitfeeder feature is perfect for the river fishing I do. The fish takes the bait and feels no resistance while there is an audible clicking to let you know a fish is on, then bam, just reel down hard to set the hook! It's a little cheaper than the Okuma reel I've been using but does the job equally well. I'll be ordering a few more for when I take people with me.*Update* the first picture is a 53" sturgeon and the second is a 64" I caught about a week later. The reel handled the first one really well but even with the drag completely maxed out the larger fish just about peeled every foot of line I had on the spool off before I was able to make any progress bringing it back in. I still landed the fish and it was an epic fight, but I think I've found the max (or more) that the reel is designed to handle. I hope they make one with a 50lb drag in the future, but I still highly recommend this one to anyone trying to hook up to some monsters.

There is only one fatal flaw on this amazing reel that you get you’re moneys worth,, it’s moves really far up when reeling and debris can get in there if you’re not careful which will the strip the parts that move the reel. so take care of the reel if you can put in it a case in transport, or when you’re not using it lower it just right so debris won’t get in there.

Like the dual drag options and price of this model. Liked how smooth it is. So impressed Idecided to buy 2, 3000 models, and 1 2000 model. They don't have the double drag, but I'm using for bait fish. Perfect!!

Decided to give this a chance. Within the first trip:1. The dual drag system broke within the first cast2. All the fish line got reeled under the line cup and into the shaftBad quality, bad design. Does not deserve your trust. Do not buy.

Bought 6 of these reels(S331-7000). None had carbon fiber drag washers as advertised. They all had felt washers. Have my doubts about 33 pounds of drag? But, the reel does feel smooth. We shall see how it performs and holds up.

If Chinese weapons are built as well as these reels are I pray we never go to war. I have two and I’m more than pleased with them. The rear drag system works great for both live or cut bait on a C rig or tighten it a bit and you can use them for trolling. Great product. I have two of their small 1000 size reels also I use for light tackle fishing. I liked their products so much I tried some lures. The lures needed better hooks but are great for the price. Great company with great products and deals. I’ll continue buying from this company with the unpronounceable name lol.

Before I even fish with it, I can tell that this is a quality product. So smooth in operation and does everything that I want it to do. I’ve ordered 2 more to replace the old bait runners that I’ve had for over 15 years from the UK. I’ve looked everywhere in the US for these type of reels and I am so glad that I found this one on Amazon!! I took a chance on an a reel that I haven’t heard of before and I’m glad that I did!
