This is the only thing that works for me when I have a random stomach bug or eat something that doesn't agree with me. It works pretty fast and doesn't taste as chalky as some of the other brands. Definitely worth having around for emergencies.

I have these yellow pills from my doctor. I have to take two of them for my gastrointestinal problems. To my surprise, I just add one of these to my two pills of pantoprazole, And it really does increase the effectiveness. Personally, I use ozympic like medicines, So I'm getting gastrointestinal issues. Always happens first thing in the morning. Belching, bubbling guts, and diarrhea. These are very easy to take, very easy to use, and I consider it excellent value for the money. Basically each bottle has about 42 doses for me, when combined with my pantoprazole. I noticed no taste, and the pills don't stick together. Texture is smooth and easy to swallow.

If you’re looking for something that’s gentle on the stomach but effective this is definitely what you need to purchase. It starts working in this little as 20 to 30 minutes and provides optimal, nausea and multisymptom diarrhea relief.

Great product when you need some extra strength.
I take this is if I have the squirts, the screaming squirts. Regular Loperamide HCl is great but Bismuth Subsalicylate is a step up in my book when i want extra strength relief. I have no idea of how it works, turning a liquid into a solid. It is mind boggling to me.

Love them- saved me from many stomach aches!
I do believe these, along with Digestive Enzymes/Probiotics are saving me from more than a few huge stomach aches lately. Definitely grateful I found them. I never know whats going to hurt my stomach from day to day. I actually keep these next to my bed and 1 bottle in my purse for when im not home. Getting old is fun 🙄
