This Kate Naturas Organic Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder is good. I used it and it my strawberry shake tasted just like the one at Culver's. The color shake is just like the one at the fast-food restaurant. This is worth the price because of it quality taste.

Not Peanut-Safe
I got this for a batch of truffles; and while it arrived on time, looks good, and is well-sealed, I cannot share this with a friend because the powder may contain peanuts? Not something I expected with a freeze-dried fruit powder. It IS clearly labeled on the container (thank heaven!!), but I forgot to check the listing. When I double-checked today, it didn't say anything regarding it. Not that this is an issue with the product, but I thought I'd put it in the review for others who suffer from severe allergies. Very pretty, and no clumping!!

Great Way to Add Fruit to Smoothie but Difficult to Blend
I've been reading about plant-based diets, and wanted to add more fruit effortlessly to my diet. This was recommended as a good source. While it's easy to throw into oatmeal, smoothies, etc., the powder tends to clump and doesn't dissolve as well as I would like. Biting into sour powder isn't pleasant. As others note, the flavor isn't strong, which is also disappointing.
