Great supplement

Being a school bus driver, I'll take any advantage I can get to prevent from getting sick and or capturing the reoccurring cold. Did some zinc research in early 2020. Most research dictated that zinc was helpful. That was more than enough for me. Then along cane Covid - 19. Well I was already on that this thing product the entire month of February so I decided to order a few more bottles for my wife and I. As of July 18th 2020 No cold No flu No winter respiratory issues And yes by the grace of God No coronavirus symptoms or issues. Plus I am a proponent of the now brand of supplements. Fairly priced Easy to swallow Odor free.

I have to take high doses of iron due to an iron deficiency. I just discovered that high doses of iron can deplete zinc levels. After my CBC showed a low white blood cell count for no obvious reasons, I decided to supplement with zinc. After a few months, my white cell count is back in the normal range. Zinc is a great supplement to boost immunity, I think everyone should take this.
