This didn't work for me at all. It has several loops around the ear but all of them were tight and pinched. No, I don't have large ears. I tried stretching the hook a bit but they are brittle and break easily. I realized that my previous one, which I lost, had the hook at the bottom and it is larger and more flexible. See photo. I also found the switch in a difficult to reach place compared to my last one which is right on the side. I sent it back and bought one more like my previous bluetooth earpiece.

I finally got this to pair and used it a couple of times. A piece of junk. It connects and starts out well and then gets static. My other more expensive Motorola unit was so awesome but I lost it. Ugh! This item isn't even worth returning. Spend the extra money and get a better quality unit.

Even though this Bluetooth is very comfortable, the ear clips that come with it break with very little pressure. Two of them broke just from me trying to put them on my ear rendering this headset completely useless. There is also no clear substitute ear clips on amazon for this headset so I didn't want to risk buying some replacement ear clips that would end up not fitting.

I lost my old Motorola bluetooth over the weekend so I needed a new one. I went with this one based on the reviews. I'm about to throw it away because of how bad it hurts my ear. The hoop that goes over your ear is made out of cheap plastic. The bottom of that hoop digs into the back of your ear. I just used it for a thirty minute call and it felt as if my ear was being sliced open when I took it off. My entire ear is blood red right now as well.However I did give it a second star because the quality of the call wasn't too bad. If they fixed something with this cheap plastic piece it would actually be decent.

I bought for temporary use because my good headset broke. I would been better off using duct tape and piecing my other one back together. The ear clip already broke and I've only had the headset less than 2 weeks. I don't like the placement of the on and off switch. It really hurts my ear. I wish it would announce the amount of talk time before it dies. It takes forever to charge and doesn't last long.

1. Battery life is great. It lasts me the whole day; 7:45am to 6:30pm while still having more juice.2. Connection was good, but after two weeks in, it wasn't connecting as smoothly as it used to.3. Comfort is okay; I switch ear when one gets tired. I like that it's very light.4. Call quality is just the worst. Most (if not all) of the times the other person couldn't hear me and said I sounded far...far away.

Hard to put on. On/Off switch is on the inside, so it has to be off your ear to turn it on & off. Sound is full of static.
