Pours on easily for distribution. Just don’t work with more product at a time than you can handle. Allow drying time. Can be easily recoated. Really holds up and results are strong.

11/28/23' STRONGLY Advise that Flex Seal ONLY BE APPLIED at EXTENDED Temperature NOT BELOW 70 Degrees fahrenheit and NOT ABOVE 80 Degrees fahrenheit. I ALLOWED 72 Hours dry time between applications. I used a 2 inch and 4 inch brush for the first coating. The second coating i used a 12" Roller and a 4 inch paint brush. I feel to much Flex Seal is WASTED by using a Roller on the First coating. My surface area was 143 square feet. The ONE Gallon can had 4 inches left after to coats. TAKE YOUR TIME in recoating. MISTAKES are EXTREMELY Difficult to fix.

This product is exactly as described on TV. Total cure time is 48 hours. The strong odor of this product had me concerned that it would not dissipate. The odor was gone in 48 hours. The only reason for 4 stars is that this stuff is so thick! I was painting it on a metal wall and I did experience the product running down and had to keep re-brushing. I am certain that horizontal painting or dipping would not have this issue. I first searched on the company's website and it stated allow 6-12 weeks for shipping. I had no time for that. I was very glad to find it on Amazon Prime. Got it in 3 days, no shipping fee! Similar price to product's website

I had a leak in the roof of my popup tent trailer. After a good cleaning I used the Flex Seal Liquid to coat the roof. The application was easier than expected as well as the clean up. It has been through several rain storms since I coated the roof and no leaks. It has to be on longer for me to determine how well the Flex Seal Liquid will hold up against mother nature. I used the white product and it provided a good clean look on the roof.

When getting home I was almost knocked down by a chemical smell. Low and behold it was my unopened amazon box. After opening I find the +$100 gallon of flex seal leaking. It spread out of the box and ruined a chair it had been sat on. I’m so disappointed. I previously used this product but a small amount doesn’t work/ you have to cover items multiple times to build up a thick pair. I was hoping this experience would be positive and work. Guess not

Worked like it is advertised and I was able to accomplish the job. I had an issue with the first shipment, the seller (HardwareUSA) came through and fixed the issue with just one email, I would rate them alone 5 stars or more if I could. I like working with companies that appreciate their clients.

Bought this to coat an aging "rubber roof " on my travel trailer. The roof must be EXTREMELY clean (no powdery surface, scrub very well). Applied with roller, has been on roof for near two months and seems to be doing very well. "CLEAN" IS THE WORD TIO THINK, PRIOR TO APPLICATION!

The can was dented and had leaked. The product was not in as good shape like it should has been. Want a discount or refund on this product.
