I purchased the massage pillow with my tired and tense neck muscles in mind after long hours at the office. I wasn’t sure how good or how much pressure this massager was as I was looking for something with deep kneading but this is exactly what this offers. The speeds are good and the 3 balls rotate to really work out muscle knots at firm pressure or faster. I’ve used it on my back, arms, neck, hands and feet and the heat is nice too. Wasn’t too sure at first when the balls change direction but it’s actually really helpful as depending on where it’s massaging, eg shoulder blades, the different direction will get the muscle knot from the right angle.It’s not noisy at all - can watch happily with the tv on or just in a quiet room. It’s also a good size too and won’t take up a lot of space like say the big massagers.I really wish I’d found this sooner, I cannot recommend enough if you have pain and especially if you live alone and need a little help with sore muscles.5/5

I purchased this as I get a lot of shoulder and neck pain and wanted something to help with this and provide some kind of relief.I found the product easy to use, it has three speeds with a clear difference between them all. It also has an elastic strap on the back so it can be attached to a chair. It also comes with an adapter to be used in the car. The product is a reasonable size as well as being lightweight.I found the massage to be firm but not uncomfortable. I tried it on my lower and upper back as well as my neck. It helped to relax my muscles and give some relief after a day of decorating.

The balls that massage you are quite hard but it does the job especially once it has warmed up but you can’t stop it massaging to use it as just a heat pad

Okay I needed something to ease the stress after a hard day's work. I looked at a few devices and settled on this one. Sceptical about using something like this , thinking could it even work on those tired sometimes aching muscles . First time it was a question of getting in the right position and trying the different speed settings by pressing the speed button on bottom right of the massager , for me the slower setting suited me fine. The program lasts for a quarter of an hour. It takes a bit of getting used to as it stops every minute to reverse the direction of the massage. The noise of the motor is quite soothing but if you don't like it , put on some headphones or ear buds.The time goes by quickly and when the cycle ends you want it to carry on.It really does ease the muscles at the back of the neck.I have also used it on my calf muscle to relieve some tightness I had on my leg. The machine is quite robust for a small machine and is reasonably priced.It is a mains operated machine , it also comes with a car cigarette lighter lead so that you can use it in the car.As well as the different speed settings there is a warming red light which you can turn off if you wish. I am pleasantly surprised at how good this machine is.
