Best baking powder, good brand!
I made the best buffalo wings with this and they turned out so crispy and delicious! This is the best baking powder ever! I use it in all my cooking and baking.

No more aluminum!
Aluminum in your baking powder is heat activated so your food doesn't start rising until it's in the oven. The reason I went aluminum free was to lose the metallic, bitter taste that aluminum gives my baked goods. When using aluminum free baking powder use it as the last ingredient you add and don't waste any time getting it in the oven. There is a nice, short article on spud.com where I got my information. They are a commercial business in Canada that I have NEVER used. Their site came up during my research. I like using the product.

This is so hard to find in stores!!!!! The larger bulk bag makes it last a long time, and tastes great.

Love the product. The resealable zipper is hit or miss
Sometimes the zipper doesn’t line up right.. or it will close but only 90%… there will be gaps. I may have to transfer to something else. Change the zipper. It’s not good
