Man kann verschiedene Griffarten ausprobieren, was ideal ist, um unterschiedliche Muskelgruppen anzusprechen und die Flexibilität zu verbessern. Die ergonomische Gestaltung ist wirklich durchdacht – besonders die geneigten Enden, die die Handgelenke entlasten, sorgen für ein komfortables Training, selbst bei längeren Einheiten. Auch die erweiterte Grifffläche ist ein tolles Detail, da sie bei häufigem Gebrauch keine unangenehmen Schmerzen verursacht.
