Q: Can the Ice Packs be cut so that you have four small ones?

They definitely can be separated into 2 "double" ice packs which are small. It does look like 2 can be cut as there is room around each one but I haven't tried that. I don't know if this helps you though. Sorry!

Q: Will the ice packs stay frozen inside refrigerator in vegetable drawers?

I'm not sure, but I really doubt it. In order to stay frozen, the temperature would have to be below 32 degrees. I do not believe the temperature inside a vegetable drawer is that temp or the vegetables would freeze & become rotten.

Q: How long do they stay frozen/cold?

The oxo containers are not insulated but the thickness of the walls and bottom are thick enough to keep everything cool for 2 to 6 hours depending of where the container is kept; open air on a counter = 2 hours. Stored inside a bag maybe 4 to 6 hours. Beware as the content of the container is warming up the pressure increases inside leading to potential leaks.

The compartments are flexible. However, each individual ice pack is very small.
