Pure products are quality supplements and shipments are quick. Products are a bit expensive but quality is never in question!

I think these are high quality. I need the Methylated vitamins. I do much better in life when I have them daily. I trust this brand. I can't say that they directly raise my energy level. They don't taste bad to me. They taste like every normal capsule one can take. I don't take them to improve sleep quality but I don't experience any negative sleep effects. The dosage works well for me. But of course everyone should talk to their doctor and make sure this is the right thing for them and their needs. They aren't small but I haven't found them hard to swallow.

This brand was recommended by my chiropractor. I’m a retired Marine with 26 years of service and 3 combat tours to Iraq, doing inordinate things to my body. These vitamins coupled with MegaRed Omega-3s Fish oil seem to lube the joints and back. It may be psychosomatic, but I do feel a negative impact if I miss a few days in a row. This is just my experience and your mileage may vary. Give ‘em 60 days…see what you think. It’s not a life or death decision.
